A Thing of Beauty

I picked up this brand new shiny mixer a couple weekends ago using wedding gift cards. It has basically changed my baking life. I can't tell you how much easier it is to mix batter and clean up after myself. It's well worth the price. I made the cupcakes I brought to the bar with this, and then a birthday cake for my friend this last week. Definitely my new favorite appliance.
