If you live in Brooklyn, make sure you stop by the Brooklyn Flea Winter Pop-Up Market this Saturday or Sunday. I believe this weekend is the last pop-up opportunity, but the regular Brooklyn Flea in Fort Greene resumes the weekend after. I got these pretty little earrings and quirky whistle necklace from Blue Canary Vintage a few weeks ago. I love the Pop-Up Market, sad to see it go. But I believe many of the same vendors (which by the way, are not all antiques and furniture) will be in Fort Greene often if not regularly. Don't quote me on that though. Both are worth checking out.

is that a vase in the background? is it from pier one?
ReplyDeleteAND...a lot of those vendors are also on etsy...if you can't find them at the flea (which has a good website linking vendors too!)
ReplyDeleteIt's actually a lamp from Crate and Barrel. I do love Pier One, though...
ReplyDeletei am still in need of a visit to brooklyn and this flea market sounds like it could help seal the deal. there is a great one in CT called "Elephant's Trunk" or something; it's the largest in New England and I used to go almost weekly! I would love to see what the Brooklyn flea scene has to offer.
ReplyDeletePlan a trip soon - you know where you can stay :o)
