Puddin' Pie

It's gotten pretty warm these past few weeks and have needed something light to satisfy my sweet tooth. I don't know about you but I love pudding. I could eat it all day. Pudding pie is something simple you can make and not feel too too guilty about eating.
You'll need:
Two little packs of Jell-o chocolate fudge pudding
A pack of graham crackers
2-3 tablespoons of softened butter depending on how bad you want to be

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Put the graham crackers in a bag and have lots of fun smashing them. The plain kind with no sugar or cinnamon is best but really anything will do.
  • Mix the crackers with the softened butter in a mixing bowl. Mix well and press into the bottom of a pie plate.
  • Stick in the oven for about 10 minutes. Only enough for the crust to harden. You can skip the oven if you want a smushier crust.
  • Let the crust cool all the way.
  • Prepare the pudding as directed but with about half the milk required (this makes the filling thick).
  • Pour into the crust.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
